Your Criminal Defense Attorney in Long Island
Individuals who have been arrested, charged with a crime, or have any other involvement with the criminal justice system in Long Island still have rights as an accused. Regardless of the charges you face, an experienced criminal defense attorney will ensure your rights are upheld — the right to remain silent, the right to a speedy, fair, and public trial, and the right against self-incrimination, to name a few.
Olivier E. Roche, Esq. will fight for your rights and defend you for various criminal charges. I can offer aid if your case involves:
• Drug Possession
• Larceny
• Fraud and Bribery
• Assault
• Sex Crimes
• Domestic Violence
• Firearm-related Offense
• White-collar Crimes
• Federal Crimes
You will be fully informed of the details pertinent to your case, including the process, the trial, and the possible outcomes. I’ll build a strong defense for you and aim for a favorable resolution.
You’ll Be Defended by a Seasoned Legal Professional
I’ve been both a prosecutor and a defense attorney, so I know the justice system from both sides. This rich legal experience enables me to predict the actions of the other side, and I use this to craft a solid and tailor made defense for you.
To date, I’ve handled thousands of criminal cases, ranging from state DUI to federal crimes, as well as misdemeanor offenses. On top of this, I also cultivated a habit for research and preparation as early as my student days at Temple University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude.
All the experiences I’ve built over the years will be channeled into building a strong defense for you.
